Invoice Security
Security settings for the invoice area are available for individual sections of the invoice such as Premium, Taxes, and Fees. Security selections can be made to grant access to each section.
To Grant Access
- Click SETUP > Security Administration > user rights templates tab and select the security template.
- Click [edit].
- Open Resource Groups > Invoice.
- In the Rights area, the following rights are available under Invoice:
- Agency Commissions
- View: Displays Agency Commissions in the Quick Navigation list, the Total Agency Commissions line, the Agency Commissions Details
icon, the Agency Commission Summary total and Net to Agency lines.
- Add: Displays the [Add New Agency Commission] link.
- Modify: Displays the Edit Agency Commission dialog box.
- Delete: Displays the Remove
icon.
- Fees
- View: Displays Fees in the Quick Navigation list, the Fees Details
icon, and the Total Fees line.
- Add: Displays the [Add New Fee] link.
- Modify: Displays the Edit Non-Premium Fee dialog box.
- Delete: Displays the Remove
icon.
- Other Commissions
- View: Displays Other Commissions in the Quick Navigation list, the Other Commissions Details
icon, and in the Agency Commission Summary, the Other Commission total and Net to Agency total.
- Add: Displays the [Add New Other Commission] link.
- Modify: Displays the Edit People Commission dialog box.
- Delete: Displays the Remove
icon.
- Premium
- View: Displays Premiums in the Quick Navigation list, the Premiums tab, and the Premiums Details
icon.
- Add: Displays the [Add New Premium] link.
- Modify: Displays the Edit Premium dialog box.
- Delete: Displays the Remove
icon.
- Taxes
- View: Displays Taxes in the Quick Navigation list, the Total Taxes line, and the Taxes Details
icon.
- Add: Displays the [Add New Tax] link.
- Modify: Displays the Edit Non-Premium Taxes dialog box.
- Delete: Displays the Remove
icon.
- In the Rights area, make the appropriate selections.
- On the Navigation Toolbar, click Save.
